The Women's Arab Union Society was founded in Ramallah during the early 1930s to care for the elderly, men and women alike. It is still open to the care of the elderly to this day.

The  Ramallah Women's Arab Union Society Collection consists of photographs and documents related to the Society's work, including its by-laws, register of visitors, minutes of meetings held in 1977 and sessions held in 1939, texts of the agreements it concluded, and general budgets. The collection also includes photographs of the Society members.
