From Mu'in Bsaiso's Memorial Service, Cairo, 1984
A photograph of the arrival of the memorial service of the Palestinian poet Mu'in Bsaiso in Cairo, the capital of Egypt. Of note, Bsaiso had passed away in London due to a heart attack. His body was then flown to Tunisia and from there to Cairo, where he was buried. Israel, the occupying power, refused to allow his family to bury him in the Gaza Strip.
