A Letter from the Union Of Women Voluntary Societies to Birzeit Women's Charitable Society, August 2 1994
Found in the Birzeit Women's Charitable Society Collection, this letter was sent from Samiha Khalil, President of the Union Of Women Voluntary Societies, to the President of Birzeit Women's Charitable Society inviting her to a press conference on Palestinian prisoners on August 3, 1994. A handwritten note at the bottom by Suʿad Barbar indicates that May Kaila, the President of the Society, could not attend the press conference since she was on a visit to Nablus.
