Salfit Village Council, Minutes of Meeting no. 4, 17 May 1947
This document contains the minutes of the 4th session of the Salfit Village Council held on 17 May 1947. It was decided to exempt the poor and the elderly from the pound tax, and also to make amendments to the fruit tax so that it be imposed on the vegetables and fruits that are sold or transported by vehicles to be sold outside of the village. It was agreed to announce the aforesaid decisions in retail stores.
