Diaries of Khalil Sakakini, 24 December 1939
Handwritten, this archival item documents the continuation of the diaries of Khalil Sakakini on Sunday 24 December 1939, where he mentioned going with his sister Milia and Najla to the cemetery in the car of Faraj Allah, and spreading flowers, he also listed all that visited him that day including Abu Jamil Omar as-Saleh, where Sakakini told him of Sultana and how she was a miracle of nature, Habib al-Khouri, George Khmayyes, his cousin Yakoub, his son George, Olga Tamari, his cousin Mandi, his wife, his children, his cousin Hanna and her children.
