An Official Letter from Anwar Nusseibeh to Adel Attorjouman, 13 May 1960

Sent on 13 May 1969, this document shows an official letter from Anwar Nusseibeh based in Jerusalem to Adel Attorjouman from al-Riyad Bank in Jeddah, referring to Attorjouman's telegraph to Nusseibeh and Abed el-Qadir al-Jaouni regarding the reconciliation with the "Hijazi's" to what is called "the land of Assamar"; as he met them on 1 May 1969 in the presence of al-Jaouni who, on his behalf, agreed to receive an amount of 2500 JDs in return for their shares to some parts of the land under the condition of registering one of the parts in the name of Adel Attorjouman's daughter, therefore, Nusseibeh applied for a request to the "Commissioner" in Jerusalem, however, he objected over the script of the proxy and enclosed a copy of a private authority; seeking Attorjouman's signature.
