An Ottoman Declaration
This archival item documents a handwritten Ottoman declaration "an official order issued by the Sultan" to assign Ahmad Nimmer as the deputy of Mustafa Bey the Administrative Governor of Nablus until he gets back from his previously assigned duty, the declaration also refers to the necessity of complying to the orders of Ahmad Nimer as a representative of the sate.
