A House Sale Agreement Between Hussain Abu Laimoun and Farid Abu Laimoun with Muhammad Abederrahman, 27 December 1940

This archival item documents a handwritten house sale agreement on 27 December 1940 between the first party; Hasan al-Hussein Abu Laimoun from the village of Baqqa al-Gharbiyee and residing in the village of Umm al-Fahm and Farid Hasan Abu Laimoun from Baqqa al-Gharbiyee and residing in Jaffa and the second party; Muhammad Aberrahman from Baqqa al-Gharbiyee  to sell the house of the first party in Baqqa al-Gharbiyee and to give it up for the second party for 5 Palestinian Pounds which were already paid prior to the signing of the agreement and the first party pledged to come once the Land Settlement Commissioner is present in order to give the house up and two parties are pledged to pay 5 Palestinian Pounds if any condition of the agreement gets violated and this was testified by al-Hajj Issa and Atta Othman and they are both from Baqqa al-Gharbiyee.
