A Land Sale Deed Between Yacoub Sammʿan and Ishaq Touma, 24 September 1866
Issued on 24 September 1866, this document shows a land sale deed between Ishaq Touma and Yacoub Sammʿan, showing that Pastor Ishaq Touma can buy a piece of land from Yacoub Sammʿan in return for 500 silver Ottoman pennies. The purchased land is surrounded by a piece of land owned by Jeries Sammʿan to its western side, to the eastern side it is surrounded by a piece of land owned by Jeries al-Masu, to the north is another piece of land owned by Sammʿan Hannouneh and to its southern side, it is surrounded by a piece of land owned by the purchaser Ishaq Touma.
