An Olive Grove Sale Deed between Jeries Boutros and Ishaq Touma, 21 December 1863

Issued by Michael al-Qassis, this document shows an olive grove sale deed of 11 olive trees at "Attabel Castle" in Beit Jala between Jeries Saman Boutros and the purchaser Ishaq Touma, showing that Touma bought an olive grove from Boutros for 550 pennies. The deed is signed by both the seller and the buyer in addition to six witnesses from the citizens of Beit Jala.
