A Letter from the Office of the Administrative Governor of Jerusalem and Bethlehem to Khalil Touma's Inheritors, 13 May 1932

Sent on 13 May 1931, this document shows a letter from the Office of the Administrative Governor of Jerusalem and Bethlehem to the inheritors of Khalil Touma, enclosing the office's response to the requisition filed by the inheritors on 1 April 1931 seeking the exemption of the tax imposed on a plot of land No. 7 located among the town of Beit Jala due to the building constructed on the land, therefore, the office has decided to decrease that tax of 1928-1929 which is now 71 Milliemes which later became 18 Mills. The letter was signed by the Administrative Governor Nicola Saba.
