Taken in Sareyyat Ramallah, this photograph shows Adel Tartir (aka Abu al-Ajab) from one of the "Hikayat Abu al-Ajab" shows titled "Hitha at-Tanbouri (The Shoes of at-Tanbouri)" during the Nuwar Nisan (The Blooms of April) Week from 19 to 26 April 1996, while his son, Jamil Tartir, appears in the back dressed in a white shirt and standing next to the son of their family friend.
