A Coloured Cement Tile and the Mold Used to Manufacture It, the "Braided Band", 1890s

A coloured cement tile, known by its design's name the "Braided Band (Zunnar)" along with the copper mold used to cast it, which the Aslan family used at their factory in Nablus. The mold has been used in Jerusalem, Nablus and Ramallah since the 1890s to this day.
