Salfit Municipal Council, Minutes of Meeting no. 211, 7 October 1957
Minutes of the 211th session of the Salfit Municipal Committee held on 7 October 1957 at which it was decided to purchase a water pump for the Salfit Boys School from the school allocations. The committee also decided to host a tea party for the District Director for his transferring from Salfit and to invite the village dignitaries, officials, and department representatives to the party, and to write a thank-you letter to the District Director and publish it in local newspapers.
