The Minutes of Sessions No. 269 and 270 of the Salfit Municipal Council, 1959
Handwritten on 27 April and 6 May 1959, this document shows the minutes of sessions No. 269 and 270, convened by the Salfit Municipal Committee on these dates. During these sessions, the Committee made several decisions, including paying the fee for the two telegrams it sent to both the Prime Minister and the Provincial Governor of Nablus District, decorating the town to celebrate the return home of Hussein bin Talal, King of Jordan, from an overseas tour, and building a cooling pond for electrical generators at the Municipality's expense.
