Handwritten on 12 March 1952, this document shows the minutes of session No. 8, convened by the Salfit Village Council on this date. During the session, the Council made several decisions, including submitting the draft budget for the 1952-1953 cycle to the District Director to be presented to the competent authorities for their approval, preparing a table of the names of the needy people in the village and submitting a copy of it to the District Director.
