A Request Letter from the Scoutmaster of First Ramallah Group to the Mutasarrif of the Ramallah District for the Approval of Holding a Play under the Mutasarrif's Patronage and of Exempting Tickets from Stamp Duties
Headed by the motto and the logo of First Ramallah Group (Sareyyet Ramallah), this request letter is sent by the scoutmaster of the Group to the mutasarrif of the Ramallah District for the approval of holding a play in the stage of a Roman Catholic monastery under the mutasarrif's patronage. The scoutmaster also asks to exempt the play tickets from stamp duties and the Group from the charitable organisation's dividends since the play's proceeds will be used to build the Group's headquarters.
