Tayseer al-Haj Abed is from Asira ash-Shamaliya village, located in Nablus district.

The Tayseer al-Haj Abed Collection contains 9 very old documents, including 5 Sened Khaqani (Ottoman permanent lease) for plots of land in the village of Bal'a, located in the district of Tulkarm, between 1879 and 1881, a limitation of succession and division deed, a certificate of proof of eligibility, official correspondence from the Supreme Islamic Council, and a contract for the sale of a piece of land.
