Shakib Najeeb Jahshan is a Palestinian poet and educator who was born in the village of al-Maghar, located in the district of Tiberias, in July 1936. He received his primary education in his village's elementary school, then moved to Nazareth, where he enrolled in its municipal secondary school. In 1955, he graduated from that school. Starting from 1957, he worked as an Arabic teacher in the Ministry of Education, serving first in Deir al-Assad and afterwards at Rameh Secondary School. He is considered one of the first-generation poets in the 1948 Occupied Palestinian Territory before he died in February 2003.

The third sub-collection contains separate issues of various magazines, such as al-Jadeed Magazine and others. It is worth noting that many of the clippings included various articles documenting the al-Midan Theater's production of Jahshan's musical play titled "Athkor" (I Remember) in 2000.
