Ibrahim Mohammad Hijazi (Abu Ahmad) is from the city of Tamra. He studied advanced technical photography at the Technion Institute in Haifa for two years. In 1968, he worked as an operator of large machines in several American companies. In 1978, he returned to the 1948 Occupied Palestinian Territory, settled down, and worked as a merchant and farmer. In the 1980s, he entered the field of politics.

The Ibrahim Hijazi Collection consist of photographs of him with his family and friends, as well as others documenting his travels to different countries, such as the United States of America, Greece and France.
