Fo'ad Qare was born in 1949 in Ramallah to a displaced family that resided in Yafa and hails originally from Lod. He worked with his father in the vegetable trade.

The Fo'ad Qare Collection contains photographs of members of the Qare family and their relatives, as well as documents, including Christmas greeting cards, birth certificates, family letters, an international vaccination certificate issued in 1969, passports and receipts.
