Faiq Abdel-Fattah Ibrahim Mazyad is a poet, educator, and storyteller from Tulkarm. He worked as a member of the Cultural Advisory Council there before he died in 2020.

The Fayeq Abdel Fattah-Ibrahim Archival Collection contains two sub-collections. The first sub-collection documents several of his poems published in al-Anbaa Newspaper between 1971 and 1973, in addition to a handwritten notebook on methods of educational psychology. The second sub-collection contains 99 issues from magazines published in Palestine and Lebanon between 1961 and 1977, which are al-Ofuq al-Jadid, ash-Sharq and al-Adeeb.
