Found in Nidal abu Aker Collection, this colour photograph is one of a set of photographs documenting the social and political life in Dheisheh Palestinian Camp, showing the shaheed, Jad Atallah, who was killed in the early Second Intifada, pointing his catapult. A catapult is a popular, small hand-powered resistance tool used by Palestinian demonstrators when confronted with the Israeli occupation.
