A Telegram Sent by the Mayor of Beit Sahour to the Mayor of Tulkarm
A one-page telegram sent by the mayor of Beit Sahour to Hilmy Hannun, mayor of Tulkarm, denouncing orders issued by the military governor of Bethlehem to place constraints upon territories within municipal boundaries of Beit Sahour, and thus prohibiting any urban expansion activities within the city plan. The mayor of Beit Sahour stresses the importance to be alert towards such orders, as it is the stepping stone for further expropriation and settlement expansion.
