A Telegram Sent by the Mayor of Tulkarm to local Palestinian Newspapers
A one-page telegram from Hilmy Hannun, mayor of Tulkarm, to al-Quds, ash-Shaʿb and al-Fajr newspapers, in which he requests the newspapers to publish his apology for participating in any delegation that goes to express condolences on the death of Saudi King Faisal. This is due to the fact that he considers the delegation of the PLO, which has presented the duty of condolences, represents him and represents all of the Palestinian people.
