The Founding Statement of the Arab Orphan Committee in Palestine

The committee was founded in Jerusalem in the 1940s. The founding statement shows the committee's goal that rested on taking care of the orphans in Palestine and helping them. Mr. Rajai Husseini was the Secretary of the Fund, the committee membership also included Shibley al- Jamal, Michel Aabkarious, Nasouhi Beidoun, Rajai al- Husseini, Ahmed Sameh al- Khalidi, Antoun Attallah, Dr. Yousef Heikal, Ahmed Abdulfattah Toukan, Ahmed al- Khalifa, Dr. Mahmoud al- Dajai, Ahmed al- Qassim, Anwar Nusseibeh, Shafiq Mansour, Wade Tarsi.
