A Certificate of Land Registration Issued by Nablus Land Registry Office for ʿabdallah al-Khatib
Issued in 1935 by Nablus Land Registry Office, this document shows a certificate of land registration between ʿabder-Rahman Ahmad al-Khatib to ʿabdallah Ibrahim al-Khatib. The certificate shows the land type "Public Domain Land" which was the British Mandate's way of facilitating the usurpation of land through the separation of the Public Domain Lands form the people's in the Tabo registration process. This, in turn, had the Mandate declare a new law for land registration in 1928.
