A Liability Agreement between Tulkarm Municipality and Ibrahim ad-Ḍabeʿ on a Transport Parking Space
An agreement made between two parties, the first is Tulkarm Municipality and the second is Ibrahim ad-Ḍabeʿ, noting that the second party receives liability for a public transport parking space as per a series of guidelines, the most important of which is paying 135000 Israeli liras in exchange for the liability, extending from 1 April 1975 to 31 March 1976.
