The Deed of the Sale by Fatima Mahmoud abu Nimr and Her Brother's Sons of a "Plot of Land" in Ya'bad Village to the Brothers Mohammad, Suleiman and Dhiyab an-Nofal, 6 August 1905
Handwritten on 5 Jumada al-Thani 1323 ِAH, corresponding to 6 August 1905, this document shows the deed of the sale of a "plot of land", that was located in Ya'bad village and occupied an area of 9.5 Qirats, by Fatima Mahmoud abu Nimr and the sons of her brother, Hassan, along with Abdullah Saleh to the brothers Mohammad, Suleiman and Dhiyab Mahmoud an-Nofal, for the amount of 535 piasters paid by the buyers to the sellers at the Council where the deed, which bore the signatures of the sellers, the buyers and the witnesses, was drafted.
