Found in the Hamza Aqrabawi Collection and issued by the Ottoman authorities on 29 August 1906, this document shows a firman requesting a person in the Nablus area to join the Ottoman army, as the Ottoman Empire imposed compulsory conscription on its citizens during the war against Greece.
