Issue 237 of the Attali'ah Weekly, 16 September 1982
Published on 16 September 1982, this document shows issue 237 of the Attali'ah Weekly, whose editor-in-chief was Bashir al-Barghouthi and which was printed at the Salah ad-Din Press in Jerusalem. This issue contained numerous subjects, including the exploitation by the Israeli Occupation State of Bachir Gemayel's assassination incident in Beirut, a student and trade union-based position of Palestinian universities rejecting the closure and calling for boycotting all professors who signed the Israeli Commitment Document, a report on chasing peasants by the Occupation Municipality in front of Bab al-Amoud in addition to a large-scale popular rejection of the Israeli Occupation's decision to annex the West Bank's water resources. It also contained several political, economic and social news items, and dedicated a section for sports, arts and cultural news.
