Ahmad Salem al-Balbul, A Troop Commander in Jerusalem during the Revolution of 1936

This paper clipping documents a summary of the life of Ahmad Salem al-Balbul, who was a troop commander in Jerusalem during the Arab revolution of 1936, known as "The Great Revolt", and was killed in 1948 in Deir Aban, Subdistrict of Jerusalem. Al-Balbul was the uncle of the shaheed Ahmad Khalil al-Balbul, who was assassinated by special Zionist forces on 12 March 2008.  He also accompanied the commanders of al-Quds Brigades in Bethlehem Muhmmad Shhade, Isa Marzuq and Imad el-Kamel.
