"Italian Exhibit at al-Hakawati Theatre", Newspaper Clippings, December 1989

Issued in Arabic, this document shows newspaper clippings featuring news pieces about art exhibits in Palestine. The first clipping features a news piece entitled "Solidarity with Palestine, an Italian Exhibit at al-Hakawati Theatre" about an exhibit held at al-Hakawati Theatre in Jerusalem on 4 January 1989 in cooperation with the League of Palestinian Artists and the Birzeit Italian Committee featuring Palestinian and Israeli artists, namely, Sulayman Manṣur, Talib Dwaik, Taysir Barakat, Iṣam Anany, David Depp and Arnun bin David. The second clipping from an-Nahar Newspaper features a black-and-white photograph of Italian artist Patrício Esposito explaining an Italian artwork, featured at an exhibit in Jerusalem on 13 March 1989, to the Italian Consul at the time.
