Printed in al-Sharq al-Arabiya Press with Siham al-Asaly as the senior editor, this 80-page document shows issue no. 43 of ash-Shiraa Magazine. Issued in September 1982 with its cover and fonts crafted by Palestinian artist Adnan az-Zubaydy, the issue features news pieces and articles themed on Palestinian and Arabs affairs, international affairs, local investigations, and literature as follows: The Palestinian affairs section includes a set of articles on providing a political-militant analysis of the Lebanon War and what followed, the U.S policy and Regan's Peace Plan for the Middle East, the Israeli Military Presence in Southern Lebanon, Beqaa, Laqlouq, and Aaqoura, and the standpoint of conservative Arab countries; Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Said articles are "What's Next After Lebanon", "War is Over but the Summit Is Yet Unheld", "An American Scheme for Sovereignty", "Lebanon After Egypt", and "Conservative Arabism Promotes Imperialism". Other articles include "An Alternative Homeland, the Measure and the Mean" about suggesting Jordan as an alternative homeland for Palestinians, and "Normalization of Economy in Lebanon" about linking the Lebanese economy to Israel's through produce invasion and Israeli control over tourism, transportation, banking, and the disruption of production through the siege.  The Arab affairs section includes two articles, "Chatting with a Saudi Communist" about King Fahd's policy and its effects on Palestine and Lebanon, and "Political Prisoners and Democratic Myths in Morocco" about conservative Moroccan system and political detentions therein. The International affairs section includes two articles, "Peace Talks and Public Rejection" about Regan's Peace Plan and his World Tours, and "The South Africa War Document" about the agenda of the African National Congress' 44th Annual Conference.  The local investigations section includes an investigation of the Palestine Polytechnic University elections, an investigation of unfair dismissals taking place at the Faculty of Science at Abu Dis University, an interview with Yusra ʿudeh, member of the Arab Women Union Society in Jordan, and an interview with visual artist Ibrahim Klub. The literature section includes a set of articles listed as follows "During the Last War: The Reality and Destiny of Arabism" by ʿĀdel Samarah, "America and Arabs" by Ṣaleh Ṣalah ed-Din about the American policy in the Arab World as a modern colonial model, and "Standpoints on Lebanon and Effects on the Middle East" by Mahmud al-Hadamy.
