Printed in al-Sharq al-Arabiya Press with Muhammad abu Labdeh as the managing editor and Siham al-Asaly as the senior editor, this 62-page document shows issue no. 54 of ash-Shiraa Magazine. Issued on 15 April 1983 with its cover and fonts crafted by Palestinian artist Adnan az-Zubaydy, the issue features news pieces and articles themed on Palestinian, Israeli and Arab politics, local investigations, and literature as follows: The Palestinian politics section features the following articles, "The Upcoming Arab League Summit Exhausted Its Venom" on the third Fes Summit which dealt with the results of the sixteenth session of the National Council rejecting the Reagan initiative, and the positions of Arabs on the Cause of Palestine. An article by George Habash entitled "Our Experiences with the Arab League Summits are Bitter” which includes an interview with Habash about the outcomes of the sixteenth session of the National Council and the role of Arabs in dragging the Palestine Liberation Organization to the negotiating table with Israel. An article entitled "Saving What Can Be Saved" on the standpoint of the PLO on peace, breaking the Confederation, and the nature of the settlement that the Likud will present to Jordan. An article on the bombing of Palestinian institutions in Lebanon, including the Samed Foundation, and arbitrary arrests of Palestinians in Lebanon to push them away from the country. The Arab politics section features two articles, an article by ʿĀdel Samarah about Arab petroleum and an article entitled "What Are the Intentes Behind Mubarak's Tours" about Mubarak's tours worldwide and in the Arab World to reinforce the Camp David Accords.  The Israeli politics section includes an article entitled "What Happens to Journalists in the Region" featuring interviews with Israeli journalists, namely Yehuda Litani, Rafiq Halabi, Tzvi Eriel, and Danny Rubinstein, about their work in the West Bank. The local investigation section features two investigations entitled "Voluntary Work in Umm al-Fahm", "The Full Story of Refugees in ad-Dheisheh Palestinian Refugee Camp" about establishing an Israeli crusher near the Camp. The second also includes a report on the Beit Sahour Consumers Cooperative Society.  The literature section features Palestinian pieces, and Women's Sail supervised by Suha al-Barghuthy.
