Printed in al-Sharq al-Arabiya Press with Muhammad abu Labdeh as the managing editor and Siham al-Asaly as the senior editor, this 64-page document shows issue no. 60 of ash-Shiraa Magazine. An article entitled "Events in Hebron" about the invading the University of Hebron, killing three students and the wounding of thirty by the Israeli Occupation Forces. "Preserving the Gains of the PLO Requires Clarifying the Camps of Friends and Enemies" about the necessity of resolving the dispute within the Fateh movement and the dispute between the Palestine Liberation Organization and Syria to prevent being drawn into the camp of imperialism and backwardness. "Why Was It Necessary to Form a Leftist Attraction Centre" about the formation of a frontal coalition between the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine and the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine after the dispute within the Fateh movement. "All Political Parties Oppose the Formation of a Government in Exile" about the rejection of the PFLP and the Palestinian Popular Struggle Front of forming an alternative government for the PLO in exile. "Let's Stop Blowing Into the Balloon of Palestinian Democracy" on democracy and ways to implement it within the institutions of the PLO. "The Opposition Movement in Fateh is a Revolution within the Revolution". The local investigation section features an investigation entitled "Our National Institutions Under the Israeli Occupation" about the Jenin Industrial and Commercial Agricultural Corporation, Ltd. - The Tin Can Factory. Another investigation is entitled "A Series of Practices in Arab Medical Colleges" about the decision of the military governor to close colleges after holding a book fair, and the decision of the Board of Trustees to separate the colleges from each other and postpone the student council elections. The section also features a report on the volunteering committees in ash-Shuyukh, Ya'bad, and Arraba (al-Battuf). The Israeli news section includes an article entitled "Jordan Questions the PLO's Ability to Represent Palestinians" and another entitled "A Governments Backbiting Its Ministers" about the performance of the Likud as an executive arm, its social, economic, foreign, and security policies. The economy section features an article entitled "The 3rd World Economy Is a Dead End" about the economic crisis as a result of the application of the capitalist system of the Central Powers. The literature section features the Women's Sail, the student movement in the Palestinian Occupied Territories, and a piece on the history of the national movement since the early 1920s.
