Handwritten in Arabic in 2006, this 3-page document shows an article by Bassam ash-Shakʿa entitled "The Cause of Palestine Faces Grave Threats" about events following the 2006 Palestinian legislative election which Hamas won leading to the opposition of the Palestinian Authority and its insistence to adhere to the Oslo Accords despite Israel’s continued implementation of its policy, namely, the regionalization of the Cause of Palestine and the fragmentation of the Arab World, and the use of Palestine to link Israel to the Arab countries and help to subjugate them, as well as dividing the Palestinian society into areas A, B and C, erecting the Apartheid Wall, impeding economic development, establishing an independent state, and achieving national unity.
