"A Letter of Condemnation", a Letter from Nablus Municipal Council to the Israeli Defence Minister, the Israeli Commander of the West Bank, and the Military Governor of Nablus, 26 January 1982
Written in Arabic, this document shows a letter of condensation from Nablus Municipal Council to the Ariel Sharon, the Israeli Defence Minister, the Israeli Commander of the West Bank, and the Military Governor of Nablus. Sent on 26 January 1982, the letter condemns detaining engineers and workers during their work in installing a power line to Mutiʿ al-Jaghub, a Nabulsi citizen. The letter also condemns the Israeli pressure on Sebastia village to connect their power with the Israeli electricity network despite the opposition of its local council, and forcing the electricity officer to sign on an action plan beforehand.
