Handwritten by Bassam ash-Shakʿa, this unfinished, two-page article discusses the Beruit Summit (also known as the Arab Summit Conference) held in Beruit, Lebanon concerning the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. The meeting resulted in a collection of outcomes regarding the Palestinian cause based on an initiative made by Abdulla bin Abd el-Aziz as well as the U.S. invasion of Iraq, which was described as an invasion of all Arab states. In the article, ash-Shakʿa mentions meeting with a University instructor from London, Ory David, in the city of Nablus.
