"The Palestinian Legislative Elections", an Article by Bassam ash-Shakʿa

Handwritten by Bassam ash-Shakʿa, this two-page article discusses the Palestinian Legislative Elections, after signing the Oslo Accords, with the following notes: a part of the Palestinian people practises their right on a part of the land separate from the Palestinians abroad; the legislative council is an Osloen establishment with the aim to control the Palestinian people and merge them into the Zionist-U.S. strategy; the council represents the legality of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), its leadership and struggle; the political action within the council does not allow for assuming the national interest of the Palestinian people as its core aim, given that the elections take place under an occupation; having the elections is an attempt to filter out the Intifada; the elections must be held after cancelling the Accords.
