Addressed on 27 September 1995 by Bassam al-Shakaa to politician George Habash (abu al-Maysa), this two-page letter discusses the contradiction between the Palestinian and Democratic Assemblies; ash-Shakaa's exchanged letters with Ali abu Hilal, Abd al-Alim Daana, Abd ar-Rahman an-Natshe and Ghazy as-Sourany in uniting efforts; the importance of uniting the efforts between the Palestinian opposition forces in order to increase the ability of resisting the plans of the enemies; and the importance of explaining the Palestinian position abroad clearly as to not create any misconceptions.
