An Invitation to "The International Beirut Meeting to Support Resistance", Beirut, 2006
Issued by the Lebanese Communist Party, Hezbollah, the Platform for Unity and Patriotism, the People's Movement, and the Lebanese NGO Network "Samidoun", this document shows an invitation to Bassam Shakaa to attend the Beirut International Meeting to Support the Resistance in Beirut, where he met representatives of parties, forces, unions and associations and several political, intellectual, cultural and media figures, to pay tribute to the steadfastness of the Lebanese people and the resistance in the face of aggression after the July 2006 war, as well as to discuss how to stop any future aggression and agree on joint missions in area in this framework.
