Handwritten in Arabic, this document shows Bassam Shak'a's eulogy for the shaheed Fathy ash-Shuqaqy, founder of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine, who was killed on 4 January 1995. In the eulogy, Shak'a writes of ash-Shuqaqy's virtues and the reasons he was wanted by the Israeli Occupation.
