Printed in Ṣalah ad-Din Press with Bashir al-Barghuthy as the managing editor, this 12-page issue no. 655 of Attali’ah Newspaper, issued on 20 September 1990, features the following topics: 1. Hebron news include, the Israeli Occupation Forces raid a school and assault students, burglary in three houses at once, and Israeli colonizers assault landowners in Susya. Gaza news include, the blind seek a solution for their issues, Rafa Municipality asks for the collection of taxes, and opening a new Bar Association in Rafah. Jenin news include, the Israeli Occupation issued a notice of evacuation to a resident after he rented the house from the Absentee Properties, and the closure of a centre for agricultural experiments. Beit Sahour news include, the Israeli Occupation raids and combs the Orthodox Club and al-Sir Neighbourhood, and the issuance of new tax receipts on merchants. Jericho news include, the Israeli Occupation threatens farmers of cutting their water source if military patrols are thrown with stones. As for the Ramallah news, imposed curfew in the city, breaking the leg of a detainee and nurturing another in the Ramlah Prison, and sentencing four youths to prison for joining the communist party 8. The Israeli news column, (The Israeli Ministry of Education published the results of a poll the results of which were against democracy, peace and human rights, a water crisis in Israel, and the Israeli mafia presence in the United States of America). 9. Although Bethlehem is rich in water, its people are deprived of it in favour of Israeli colonizers. 10. A report by ʿĀtef Saʿd entitled "The Diary of Arab Workers in Israel ... How Palestinian Workers Grab His Bread in the Black Labour Market". 11. The Workers Column including news of Palestinian population in the Gulf, and about the Israeli Occupation denying workers entrance to Petah Tikva.
