News from Hebron included (dismissing a teacher from Nuba, arrests for tax evasion in as-Samu, a mass arrest campaign in Idhna). 11. A report by ʿĀtef Saʿd entitled "Bad Economic Conditions Revive the Charcoal Industry ... A Tour in Ya'bad, the Most Famous Palestinian Town in Coal Production". 12. After nine days of the ban, tightening the siege on workers.
