Dining Rooms, a Praxis Project by Nahil Bishara, Chicago School of Interior Decoration, 1960-1964
Taken from the Palestinian artist; Nahil Bishara's archive, this document features her praxis submitted to Chicago School of Interior Decoration, where she used to study remotely through correspondence. The document also includes black-and-white photographs of dining rooms, one with a modern, comfortable design, the other is traditionally formal. Hand-written on the document in English are; the type of the assignment, the artist's name, her address in Jerusalem; which is dr. As'ad Bishara; her father's address in Augusta Victoria Hospital, and lastly her student number and the reason behind choosing this photograph.
