The seven hundred and ninety-sixth issue of Attali'ah Newspaper which was published on June 17, 1993. Bashir al-Barghuthy is the issueʾs editor-in-chief, and it was printed in Salah ad-Din Press in al-Quds (Jerusalem). The 12-page issue covers the following: - The International Human Rights Commission: Serious human rights violations in the Occupied Palestinian Territory. The perpetrators should be prosecuted.  - As the tenth round of talks begins: Syria requests to tie the security arrangements to the principle of full withdrawal from the Occupied Golan Heights. - The Palestinian People's Party cite sealing off al-Quds (Jerusalem) and the expansion of settlement activities in the city as additional reasons to refrain from joining the tenth round of talks. - Abdel-Shafi: We will not accept a Declaration of Principles that doesnʾt include al-Quds (Jerusalem) and the settlements. - Sheikh Hayyan al-Idrisi: The Israeli occupation is responsible for the deteriorating situation. The security belt led to an acute crisis. - Clinton and al-Assad exchange correspondence. - On route 60 and compensation in the Israeli way. Fissures plague the houses of the residents of Beit Jala. - Mahmud Issa and Majed Abu Qtaish from the village of Anata are convicted of commanding a military cell affiliated with the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas). - In Nablus: Children claim the lionʾs share of the current preparations for the summer vacation. - The Arab Organization for Human Rights condemns the death sentences against 10 Palestinians. - The Israeli Occupation Army occupies Urif once again. - As unemployment rates continue to surge, huge shopping malls open in Tulkarem.
