The eight hundred and thirty-ninth issue of Attali'ah Newspaper which was published on April 14, 1994. Bashir al-Barghuthy is the issueʾs editor-in-chief, and it was printed in Salah ad-Din Press in al-Quds (Jerusalem). The 12-page issue covers the following: 1. Attaliʾah interviews former addicts and showcases the importance of bringing attention to the fight against drugs. 9. A woman from Jenin is still awaiting the return of her missing son. 10. The security belt around the villages and cities of the West Bank adds to the suffering of health workers. 11. An article on future water issues due to Israeli settlements draining the water reserves of Jericho and Gaza. 12. Tight security measures near Joseph's Tomb. 13. A section entitled “Letters from the Jordan Valley” that includes news on the refusal to appoint a new municipal council to replace the current one and Israeli authorities evacuating the headquarters of the civil administration. 14. A man divorces his wife right after her arrest. 15. An article on Palestinian prisoners with photos. 16. Dr Salim Tamari calls for the formation of public political parties competing under a democratic and pluralistic framework. 17.
