 The eight hundred and fifty-seventh issue of Attali'ah Newspaper which was published on September 21, 1994. Bashir al-Barghuthy is the issueʾs editor-in-chief, and it was printed in Salah ad-Din Press in al-Quds (Jerusalem). The 8-page issue covers the following: 1. “A year after the Oslo Accords, What Happened and What is Needed?” 2. The Ramallah newsletter (Various school activities, the settlement of family disputes raises concerns, the rising prices of several commodities, the failure of the attempt to discriminate between female and male students regarding tuition fees, predictions that tax policies will change after becoming under Palestinian control). 3. The Hebron newsletter (More than 500 students are under poor educational conditions due to the lack of services and old school buildings, the Municipality of Halhul distributes a statement on Israelʾs plans to construct a high-pressure power line over the lands of Halhul, thieves rob livestock and grapevines in Beit Ummar). 4. Suleiman Najjab “Holding legislative elections is the way to escape the current crisis”. 5. An article entitled “The Four Cornerstones of Achieving Real Unity among Palestinian Trade Unions”. 6. Beit Dajan Organisation holds its first annual conference. 7. The Farmersʾ Union organises an educational day for greenhouse farmers in Jenin. 8. The Jerusalem newsletter (Residents pay the price of demolition their own houses, the detainees of al-Quds (Jerusalem) receive suspended sentences, backlash against attempts to divide the area around the Dome of the Rock). 9. The Bethlehem newsletter (Programmes to encourage tourism in Bethlehem, young men pretend to be part of the Preventive Security Forces under the guise of being the morality police, thieves turn the area of Solomon's Pools into a dumpster, masked men force students and the teaching staff of al-Khader School to pay donations to the committee of prisoners). 10. Celebrating the graduation of trainees at the Agricultural Training Center‎ in Ein Al-Sultan.
