A Letter from the Secretary of Sareyyet Ramallah Scout Council to the Ramallah Municipal Council, 1967
Dated January 6, 1976, this letter was sent from Adel 'Owais, the Secretary of Sareyyet Ramallah Scout Council, to the Head and members of the Ramallah Municipal Council inviting them to a special party hosted by Sareyyet Ramallah on January 8, 1967, at the hall of the Roman Catholic Church in Ramallah. The party will include plays and popular dance performances to celebrate Christmas and the New Year.
